Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most Warm Haus orders deliver in 3 to 4 weeks. Orders $150 and up ship free; orders under $150 have a flat $10 shipping fee. Tracking is sent as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We're US-only right now. International shipping isn't available yet — checkout only accepts US addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Fixtures must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Submit a request through the form below with your order number and our team will follow up within 1-2 business days.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns where the item isn't damaged or defective and the correct item was sent. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the restocking fee is waived — just let us know through the form below.
How does an exchange work?
If your light arrives broken, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we'll exchange it at no cost. Want a different color, finish, or size of the same piece instead? Exchanges follow the same 30-day window as returns.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use the form below — select "Start a return" or "Order issue or damage" as your reason, include your order number, and a note on what you need. Our team will follow up with next steps within 1-2 business days.

Where are Warm Haus fixtures made?
Warm Haus products are selected and specified around our warm, premium standard. Manufacturing and origin details can vary by piece, so check the product page or contact us for the exact lamp.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including electrical issues, finish defects, and structural problems. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or bulb replacements after the included bulb has reached the end of its life.
