Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental United States only.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-3 business days of being placed.
Delivery Window
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-21 business days. This window covers fulfillment, transit, and final-mile delivery.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is also available on your order confirmation page.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package hasn't updated in 7 business days, email support@warm-haus.com and we'll open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email support@warm-haus.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Stolen After Delivery
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please contact the delivering carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to support that claim with proof of shipment, but stolen-after-delivery losses are not automatically replaced.
