Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout. If a pricing or product description error is discovered, we may cancel or correct affected orders before shipping and will notify you.

7. Proper Use

Our lighting products are designed for standard US 110-120V residential electrical outlets. Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair a product yourself, as doing so may create a safety hazard and will void any applicable return or replacement eligibility.

The Warm Haus name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and Site design are the property of Warm Haus and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
