Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, cords, and included parts. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back using your own label or carrier to the return address provided.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, based on item condition and completeness of original packaging, deducted from your refund after inspection.

How to Start a Return

Email support@warm-haus.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1 business day.

Packaging Requirements

Pack items securely, ideally in original packaging. Damage from inadequate packing during return transit may affect your refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few days on top of that.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@warm-haus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
